Frequently asked questions

Why do you only offer 3-6 month packages rather than single sessions?

When you are supporting the root cause of symptoms and imbalances in body, shifts take time. The deep work you engage in when you work with us requires more than just a one-off consultation. We work with women who are excited about a long-term commitment to their wellness.

I’m already working with a fertility clinic/doula/midwife/doctor or other medical support. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Our work can complement any and all support you’re already receiving from other sources. Like a mother tree in the forest, all trees are stronger when connected to many others around them.

Do you support clients online?

Yes, our support is virtual and we can work with you regardless of your location. If you are local in Washington state and want to inquire about in-person support, please contact us.

I have PCOS/endometriosis/hypothyroidism /unexplained infertility/[insert diagnosed condition]. Can you work with me?

Absolutely. Our work is tailored to meet you where you are, and that includes taking into account and providing specific support for any conditions you have been diagnosed with. Note that we are not medical professionals and do not treat, cure, or prevent any disease. However, our holistic approach provides foundation women’s wellness support to the root of whatever you are dealing with.

Is this medical support?

No, we are not medical professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Instead, we work with you to support your body at the foundational level, tending to its physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

I’m not currently trying to conceive, but I want to eventually. Is there anything I could be doing with you for conception support ahead of time?

Yes, yes, yes! The best time to begin preparing your body for a health pregnancy and birth is well ahead of conception. This allows your body to be fully supported going in to conception. Did you know that the egg released at ovulation started preparing 8 months ahead of time? Intentionally preparing for pregnancy 8-12 months (or more!) ahead of conception can help set you up for a robust and healthy pregnancy.

When should I start preparing for postpartum?

The ideal time to start working with us for postpartum support is between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant. If you’re outside this window but hoping for postpartum support, reach out and we’ll discuss what kind of support would be best for you.

I just had a baby a couple of weeks ago and am in the throes of it. Can you help me?

If you are already into your postpartum but still looking for support, we’d be happy to figure out a way to work with you. Please contact us directly so that we can learn about your situation and determine a structure of support that will work best for you.
